Do you have anything to post online that you would want to be viewed directly by everyone? Perhaps, you would want your website blogs be heard by the entire world, but you just don’t know how? That’s no reason to worry of, just follow these steps and be amazed.
Is there something you want to post online for everyone to see? Do you have a site blog you want to show the world? Do you know how? Relax if you don’t. Here’s a few tips that I’m sure would be helpful.
1. Make it intense!
First of all, put together a topic that is catchy. Make it worth reading by capturing your target audiences’ interests. Nobody would want to read something that they would find senseless. To keep your readers from getting bored to their wits, post something that would stimulate your readers’ senses. It is also highly recommended that you allow readers to post their thoughts in the site as well. This gives you an opportunity to assess how your readers respond to your content.
2. Be Original
Present your own personal ideas. Refrain from being most of the time a copy-cat of others’ works. Although, there are times that it is good to post stories from other authors, but keep in mind that this is your site, dominate it as much as possible. Let your readers recognize your personality in the site they are visiting. Remember, it’s all about you and your readers.
It is still best to present your own views and ideas. Eventhough there are a few times when it is alright for you to post someone else’s ideas or thoughts at times, it is important for you to own your site. Dominate. After all, it’s always going to be about you and the readers.
3. Permanent trumps current
By permanent I mean topics that are always a hit. This can be a person who changed the course of history, or good food. These kinds of topic have a lot of sense and are relevant in all aspect. Topics that fall under this category would be your best bet because it upholds awareness in both the previous and present period.
4. Take your target readers into consideration
Choose reader friendly topics. Remember that your readers are humans as well. Making them read stuff that is too complicated or lengthy would not do you any good. It is actually the easiest way to drive your readers away. Remember, simple and sweet is the best way to go.
5. Know your objectives
It is best to ask yourself why you do what you’re doing. Is it because you want to be popular, you want to prove something you yourself and to others, or you love what you’re doing? Whatever the purpose is, provided that it is for what’s good, I have many reasons to believe nothing can stop you.
6. Write to express
It takes a lot of courage for a writer to reveal their persona. A lot of writers can write great stories but only a handful is brave enough to write about their own. Readers would surely appreciate the honesty of a writer who shares his thoughts and feelings through his articles. However, if you think you can’t pull it off, don’t sweat it. Your readers can tell if you’re sincere and they don’t like it when they think you’re not.
7. Take it from the heart
It’s always easy to write about something g you are passionate about. When you do so, it’s always a surprise how the words are flowing freely from the bottom of your heart. Passion adds a touch of sincerity to what you’re writing. When your readers feel the sincerity, you gain their loyalty, which in turn begets a good traffic. Good eh?
8. Interact with your readers
Set the mood of your write-up as if you are on a coffee talk with your reader. When writing, do it as if you are having an interaction with your readers. Speak to them and let them know how you feel. Giving them a feeling that you are talking to them over tea and cakes would make your readers feel welcome and for sure, they’d be back for more.
9. Offer a feel good article for everyone
Provide inspiration in everything you write. It should always be with the heart, passion and the good intentions. Be a source of inspiration through what you write. Always make it come from the heart, passionate and of noble intent.
Now that we have covered ready and get set, are you ready to go?
